Experience an Integrated Approach to Therapy
The difference between other therapists and me is that I approach our time with a whole-body and integrative approach. I fuse my therapy sessions with my background in yoga to inspire and treat your whole self.
Every one of our sessions is as unique as you.
With every client, I start by listening to their challenges and specific needs. I then implement an individualized therapy plan that will help them flourish and thrive.
During our sessions, you will learn:
How to feel grounded and confident by reframing your thoughts.
Breathing techniques to calm your nervous system and put you in a clear state of mind.
New ways to approach and cope with overwhelming emotions and thoughts.
How your childhood emotional trauma has impacted your adult life and will provide you with subtle ways to set better boundaries.
Understand your reactions and how they leave tension in your body.
Release coping skills and patterns that no longer serve you.
Rebuild your self-confidence to better trust your decisions.
Therapy is for anyone and everyone wanting to better their life.
Together, we will excavate your mental barriers so you can thrive. In our therapy sessions, I’ll teach you skills to manage the thoughts and tendencies that disrupt your quality of life.
In time, you’ll notice the benefits of therapy in your day-to-day life.
Which Therapy Technique Works Best for Me?
Mind-Body Somatic Psychotherapy
This is a great type of therapy for clients who prefer a more holistic type of healing. In mind-body somatic therapy, we connect the mind, body, and emotions of a client. Exploring how your inner world is being held in different parts of your body.
Together, we discover where you hold stress, emotion, and tension, then work together to bring you relief. Our work will include specific breathing techniques and meditations, as well as other tools that aim at regulating your nervous system.
Insight-Oriented therapy
Through this conversation-based therapy, clients can learn how their past experiences are affecting their current lives.
This type of therapy helps to understand and get to the root source of your pain. Together we will explore why these behaviors and patterns were created and develop a plan to move toward change. These therapy techniques are aimed at – increasing your self-awareness, observing your own role and patterns in relationships, and building new behaviors to improve your relationships both with yourself and interpersonally.
Mindfulness
Through mindfulness techniques, you’ll discover the emotional and mental blocks that are hindering your happiness. A powerful tool to implement in your health routine is breathing exercises.
Through breathwork, you’ll learn how to be grounded and present in each moment. The continual use of these exercises creates more awareness, which in turn deepens your understanding of your habitual patterns.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Emotions are powerful and drive your everyday behavior. In this talk-based therapy, we’ll discover your belief system and learn about the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
Once you understand the relationship between your thoughts and behavior, I’ll teach you tools to reframe your thoughts to better serve you moving forward.

You’ve Been Going Non-stop
And It’s Left An Impact on Your Mental Health
The constant cycle of events and overwhelm in your life has left you depleted.
You don’t feel like you.
In the past, you’ve taken pride in being able to handle tough situations with perseverance. The habitually practiced skill of rolling up your sleeves, keeping your head down, and carrying on has kept you safe and able to go about your daily life.
Yet, this time, something feels different… and rolling up your sleeves feels too hard.
It’s time to seek help.
When you work alongside a therapist, you’ll gain an understanding of your thought process and behaviors. You’ll discover yourself on a deeper level and receive therapeutic and mindfulness tools to provide relief in your life.
I know the journey to finding the right therapist can be burdensome when you’re already feeling at your limit.
That’s why I strive to make the process as stress-free as possible.
Why Do I Need Therapy?
As a society, we’re just starting to speak openly and honestly about the essential need for mental health and wellness.
For some people, this critical care for our health is only achieved through therapy.
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or traumatized, one way to find true and lasting relief is through the support of a professional.
I know the thought of “therapy” might create apprehension. Feelings of nervousness can rise to the surface when envisioning the act of being vulnerable with another person.
This feeling is completely understandable and shared by many people.
It’s important to note that excavating the reasons and beliefs that are causing you pain is courageous work.
It’s also an essential step in the journey to your happiness.
Are you new to therapy and feel uncomfortable being in an office?
I completely understand your hesitations.
We’re living in a different world than we were just a few years ago. For this reason, I offer sessions virtually so you can feel safe in your own space while exploring the corners of your mind. Therapy should be tailored to fit your needs and lifestyle.
