Meet Danielle

Hi, I am a trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides psychotherapy virtually in New York. I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, challenges with women's health issues related to postpartum depression, and life transitions. I have been immersed in both the field of Psychology and Somatic Practices as a yoga professional for the past fifteen years. My practice is rooted in understanding the connection between the mind and body.

My Approach

Taking the first steps to create changes for yourself is not always easy. Expect our work together to be collaborative and leave you feeling grounded, heard and understood. Our sessions will provide you with an opportunity to learn how to cope with anxiety and depression, implement healthy boundaries, manage stress, build self-esteem, create change through proven techniques and become empowered through understanding how your mind and body respond to your unique challenges. My approach is integrative using Mind-Body Somatic Psychotherapy Practices, Insight-Oriented therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
